Today I want to share something I put together some time ago as a project to get the Diploma to be allowed to teach PE at schools. As in switzerland no schools have S&C departments and often no decent weight room, my idea was to put together some basic ideas how to start a class to improve the general athletic skills like strength, endurance, etc.

Unfortunately the 50+ page document is in german, but it includes in a very reduced way some essentials to improve athletic abilities at a very basic way. By no means this is complete and “the newest scientifically proven thing” but it might help teachers to teach the basics. I think if it only stays on my hard drive, all the work was for me only and helps no one else, and with christmas approaching “sharing is caring!
